Please, read carefully about the refund policy before you start taking the treatment training. You will be informed of the refund policy before you make payment, and making payment is considered to have read and agreed upon the refund policy. The one-time payment covers the whole program of treatment training, and the refund policy for discontinuation or cancellation is as follows.

1. Cancellation before the textbook is sent out for shipping.    

   1) Cash payment or wire transfer : Full refund

      - The amount after deducting VAT is refunded in case the report of VAT has been

       filed.    

   2) Card payment : Full refund

      - Provision of card sales slip is necessary.

2. Cancellation after the textbook is sent. 

      - No refund

   1) Please, request for refund by an e-mail.

       - Include a copy of your account bankbook to be used for receiving the refund.        

       - Only the person who made the payment can request for the refund.

   2) You will receive an e-mail informing you of the amount of refund.

   3) The amount of refund will be deposited within one week of request of refund.

2. Card payment

  1) Please, request for refund by an e-mail.

       - Include a copy of your account bankbook to be used for receiving the refund.        

       - Only the person who made the payment can request for the refund.

   2) Please, visit Seoul office of Korea Institute of Psycho-education to request for

     refund.

       - You must bring the card used for payment and card sales slip with you.    

   3) Card payment will be cancelled upon consultation with the bank used for the

     payment. (We may have to consult the bank that is involved for payment.)
