1. Before treatment

I did everything within my power for months to solve the problem.

I consulted experts for domestic violence and couple issues and talked to acquaintances. 

I tired almost everything you can imagine. 

I felt better temporarily and then, the trauma attacked me again. 

I literally suffered from pain of death.

After 3 months, I began to have irregular heartbeat, insomnia, depression, and suicidal ideation. 

I saw Youtube videos of Mr. Kim's seminars.

He said it is not that difficult to treat post traumatic stress. 

It was my last hope and I paid for the treatment on loan. 

I began the treatment thinking that I would die if this doesn't work. 

2. Treatment process

I praise myself for choosing the treatment after all the things I have done. 

I want to express deep gratitude to my wife and daughters who supported me for the whole time. 

Before, I was full of worries and fear of the future. 

Now, I have the power in mind to confront difficulties. 

3. To those who are thinking about treatment

It is your own choice to do it or not. You should judge on what is good for you. 

Only you can treat yourself.

You can become happy when you learn about the mechanism and apply it to yourself. 

Your choice can change the life of you and your family.

You can protect your family from dangers that you never thought would exist.

You can find the happiness that you never understood. 

4. Result of lawsuits and coping measures. 

It still hurts me that I hurt my daughters. 

My words and behaviors I thought were the best at the time hurt my children and I regret it. 

5. Final remarks

I believe that Mr. Kim has done his best and will do so in the future. 

He always told me to keep it up. 

I will keep it up. I hope he will keep it up, too.
